Sterling and Wilson Solar Ltd, on Monday, announced the appointment of Amit Jain as Global CEO.
Indian Multinational and Global Leader in Solar EPC, Sterling and Wilson Solar Ltd has been named Amit Jain as Global CEO, the company said in a Filting of EEB.
He is successful in Bikesh Ogra, who renounced the position with effect as of May 31, 2021.
OGRA will continue as a director at the company’s meeting.
Jain has partnered with Sterling and Wilson Solar Ltd since January 2019 as head of the country for the United States and Australia.
He has been fundamental to develop the United States and Australia as a key markets for the company.
Jain will seize the global operations of the company and inform the Board of Directors.
He now will be responsible for the development of business, market growth and P & L for SWSL that has its operations in more than 25 countries.
He will continue to operate from Dubai.

Jain is a veteran in the EPC sector with more than 29 years of experience in various industries, such as renewable energy, oil and gas plants, chemical plants / processes, energy transmission and telecommunications infrastructure.
He is an engineer at the University of Delhi and has an MBA degree in international business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
Sterling and Wilson Solar Ltd, a company Group Sparkoorji Pallonji, is a global supplier of solar engineering solutions, acquisitions and end-to-end solar engineering (EPC).
