The Minister was intended by graduates who had studied during the non-Taliban era when they combed the government of Hamid Karzai and Ashraf Ghani supported by US, according to ToloNews.
Haqqani said that they had to hire teachers who instilled students and generations that entered the values used in the country and Afghanistan could utilize their talents in the future.
Showing preference for religious studies, it emphasizes that modern study holders and PhDs are less valuable than those who have studied in madrasas and have religious studies in Afghanistan, reporting tolonews.
