The classic anime collection that comes to Netflix is rarely so happy to report that the four-film Gundam Classic Mobile Gundam will arrive at Netflix in the US and several other Netflix regions from June 18, 2021.
Some Netflix regions are arranged to get four films based on our research including Netflix in the United States and the United Kingdom.
We will soon add these titles to the June 2021 preview that we get that has been stacked with new anime including seven sins turning off season 5 and more.
The Gundam mobile suits franchise only grew over time even though the original series fell flat and was canceled after a season.
Franchises have spawned many films that stretch more than four decades and because it’s quite scary if you want to dive. The four films added to Netflix make the perfect introduction to the franchise.
Netflix we already have a house for some Gundam mobile suits too. Gundam Mobile Suit: Orphanage of bloody iron has been available since November 2019 while the Mobile Suit Gundam UC added further back in September 2018.
Here are four new films scheduled to hit Netflix:
Mobile Suit Gundam I (1981)
Runtime: 137 minutes
“The last hope of the Federation of Earth in the war against the Kingdom of Zeon was the Gundam Mobile Suit Prototype, which was tested by Ray Amur civilian.”
Gundam Mobile Suit II: Soldiers of Sorrow (1981)
Runtime: 139 minutes
“The base of the White White Federation of the Earth Federation and the Gundam Pilot struggle Amuro Ray to make it back through the enemy territory, chased by Zeon Warriors.”
Mobile Suit Gundman III: Meet in Space (1982)
Runtime: 144 minutes
“The Federation of Earth prepares to fight for war to the Duchy of Zeon home area. Veteran Pilot Amuro Ray returned to the room for the last battle.”
Mobile Suit Gundam: Counterattack Char (1988)
Runtime: 124 minutes
“Thirteen years after the war, Neo Zeon’s army threatened peace. Armed with Nu Gundam, Amuro Ray’s troops and the federation took the fields once again.”
The film collection came when the anime continued to be a big driver for Netflix. Through its own large slate from the production of anime and licensing some of the biggest titles of the genre, he continues to drive growth for Netflix (except Japan turns out – read big from the information here).
This is the right time to jump to the franchise that remembers that Netflix himself is working on a live-action film with Jordan Vogt-Roberts who will be direct.
